I don’t usually leave reviews but want to write something this time. My tenant got me a lot of fines for noise and garbage, and he won’t pay. I tried everything by myself but nothing is working. Eventually my friend referred me to Simon, he helped me to get some of the fines waived and got the tenant to pay for most of it. I am very happy with the quality service.
